Survey the effect of strategic human resource management on the financial performance of companies in Tehran Stock

Abstract

Challenging environment in the new millennium, and the competition among organizations and companies, is one of the factors that enhancing success for organizations to focus on strategic human resource management. Control of resources (such as physical, organizational, information and human resources), confers organization competitive advantage. Meanwhile, human resources because of its limitation and information resources because of its importance in decision making, are more important. Strategic human resource management outcomes in different parts of the world have been reviewed and evaluated in several studies. Depth of implementation Strategic human resource management is productivity and performance in organizations.
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationship between strategic human resource management and the financial performance of companies in Tehran Stock Exchange which deals with this issue that what is the relationship between the methods used in human resource management and organizational performance. For the data analysis methods descriptive statistics (survey) and the inference applied by using spss software. The outcome of research proposes a specific strategy for managing human resources.
