The purpose of this research, is presenting a Fuzzy Multiple Atribute Decision Making (Fuzzy MADM) model and using Fuzzy clustering, for evaluating and clustering the applicant consultant companies to cooperate with the organization and making decision about them. Selecting consultant companies for an organization is a process, based on qualitative and quantitative data, in which human judgments, ambiguous and haziness are involved in decision making. applying Fuzzy (MADM) model and Fuzzy clustering, for evaluating and clustering the applicant consultant companies to cooperate with the organization, could be useful. In the proposed model at this research, at first we stablish a questionnaire with the topic "General and Qualitative Evaluation for Consultant Companies Checklist" with five main attributes. In this proposed model, by applying the Linguistic scoring, obtained results is set as a base to make decision for ranking, selecting or rejecting the consultant companies. Finally, to prove the effectiveness of the model, a case study is performed in the unit Plant Engineering of Mobarakeh Steel Company.
