		<Abstract>Insurance firms with superior performance led to customer satisfaction that attractive customer satisfaction as important challenge for senior management and shareholders. This research investigates the effect of customer satisfaction on shareholder value in companies listed in Tehran stock exchange. The statistical population of the current research is customers Insurance industries accepted in Tehran stock exchange. For this purpose, 384 questionnaires have been. Cronbachâs alpha has been applied to assess the reliability of the questionnaire. The hypotheses of the research have been tested using path analysis technique, which is the structural part of the structural equation modeling. According to results, the impact of customer satisfaction on financial performance has been supported meanwhile the impact of performance on shareholder value has also been supported but the direct impact of customer satisfaction on shareholder value wasnât approved.</Abstract>
