In this study, the role ofÂ managementÂ three ramifications model (structural factors, behavioral /content factors and the context/environment factors) to provide innovation in countryâsÂ insurance companies are examined.
The insurance industry as one of the three effective pillars of business (banks, stock exchange and insurance), requires its own challenges in terms of institutionalizing a culture of innovation and resourcefulness to identify and to achieve a strong position and more innovation, in addition to utilization the useful experience of developed countries and localize and usage them, need to support innovation at all levels of the industry thanks to the success of growing prosperity has increased its role in society and its effect increase public confidence and satisfaction with insurance penetration to improve the country.
The purpose of this study is to provide a structural model of innovation in country insurance industry by using the management three ramifications(3 C) model, so in this analysis, while the relationship between the components of three ramifications model examine, their impact on innovation in insurance companies measure placed .
Survey society included 500 individuals of vice president and executive managers of insurance companies and proper sample society choose based on the formula for calculating statistical society limited sample size estimation and data collection tool was a questionnaire.
The validity of the questionnaire were measured by insert them to insurance industry experts and connoisseur faculty in disciplines related to the subject and their carefully consideration in the questionnaire were taken in view. The reliability of the questionnaire calculated based on Cronbach's alpha and for data analysis SPSS and AMOS Graphic used and path analysis and regression tests to validate the structural as well as interactive, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis were used.
The results showed that environmental factors has a stronger influence than structural factors and behavioral factors on innovation in the insurance industry of the country.
