تاثیر بازاریابی درونی بر بازارگرایی با وجود متغیر های میانجی تعهدسازمانی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی در بنگاه‌های مالی: موردکاوی بانک ملت شهر تهران

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی رابطه بین بازاریابی درونی و بازارگرایی با تاکید بر وجود متغیرهای میانجی رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی در بانک ملت شهر تهران به عنوان یک بنگاه مالی- خدماتی صورت گرفته‌است. ابزار مورد استفاده برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته براساس ادبیات پژوهش و نظر خبرگان است. برای بررسی روایی آن علاوه بر تحلیل محتوایی از طریق خبرگان و متخصصان، از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نیز استفاده گردیده است. روش مورد استفاده در این تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده و به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مسیر به وسیله مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان بانک ملت در شهر تهران بوده که از میان آنها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی 322 نفر انتخاب و در نهایت 261 پرسشنامه استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش بیانگر رابطه معنادار بین بازاریابی درونی و بازارگرایی در بانک ملت شهر تهران و رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین بازاریابی درونی و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی، تعهد سازمانی در بانک ملت شهر تهران وجود دارد.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between "internal marketing" and "market orientation" considering the mediator variable of "organizational commitment" in branches of Bank Mellat in the city of Tehran as a financial-service provider firm. The questionnaire in this study has been extracted from the related literature and its validity has been approved by the field experts and factor analysis. The research methodology adopted in this study is typically descriptive and correlation based and the collected data has been analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. Research population consisted of Bank Mellat employees throughout the city of Tehran. A sample of 323 employees has been selected using cluster sampling and finally, 261 filled questionnaires has been collected. Findings imply that there is a positive correlation between internal marketing and market orientation considering the mediator variable of organizational commitment in the Bank Mellat of the city of Tehran.
